I came across Poindexter Solutions in my search, and used their website to inquire about service on my laptop and to schedule a pickup. Lee met me at work, gave me a full accounting of how my machine was functioning, and provided an estimate. He replaced a broken fan (and then some) and delivered it back into my hands for less than his initial estimate.

The whole process was fantastic. Lee clearly knows his stuff and is able to explain things in a clear and accessible way. He kept me well informed through every step of the repair and completely addressed my problem.

Wow! Poindexter solutions is great. Lee picked up our computer and all but rebuilt it. Results have been great with a much cleaner and faster computer. In addition he recommended a new printer that had been problem free. When we did run into a minor connection issue, he was able to stop by that day and solve the problem. If you need any computer help -be it at work or at home Lee at Poindexter is amazing. He is patient and a great teacher. He seems to know intuitively how everything works and yet can explain it to some one like me who doesn't have a clue.
That is a rare combination.
After several hours of his patient and cheerful work, I know feel like I have a state of the art business. With two desktops, two laptops, iPads and iPhones all printing to one computer. Going to work is a pleasure now that I have such a streamline set up.
